  1. AMOS_ASTEROIDS - The object of the game is to destroy as many levels of rocks
  2. as possible, and avoid and destroy the alien ship which appears when there are
  3. less than 4 rocks left, and you miss 4 times in a row.
  4. BATMAN - Batman is a game created with Accolade's Shoot'em up Construction Kit.
  5. It is based on the Batman Movie, which is based on Bob Kane's classic DC
  6. comic hero.  Premise:  You are out for a late night spin in the Bat Jet,
  7. when you notice the streets of Gotham have been overrun by
  8. the Joker's men, who are riding around in blue cars, taking potshots at
  9. anything that moves.  You grimly activate the twin mini-guns on the wings of
  10. the Bat Jet and proceed to wreak havoc.  But beware!  That nefarious clown,
  11. Joker, is himself prowling the streets.
  12. BUGBLASTER - You have been supplied with a remote contol bugblaster, with which
  13. you must keep your garden from becoming overrun with bugs...
  14. Initially you may use your £200 of bug money to upgrade your
  15. pathetic bug erradicator at the local gardening store. At present
  16. you are only equipped with your pea shooter, and 10 homing peas
  17. (they come back once they hit the fan).
  18. CAFFEINEFREE - When the human race took to the stars, it wasn't long before they
  19. made first contact with an extra-terrestial species. Further
  20. communication proved them to be an intelligent, cultured,
  21. peace-loving race, with an advanced civilization. Of course, this
  22. sort of obnoxiousness really got up the collective nose of
  23. the fairly dense, uncultured, uncivilized, war-mongering Humans
  24. and so it was decided that the only sensible move was to
  25. declare war on the aliens and wipe them out. 
  26. The war raged for years, with neither side gaining advantage.
  27. Finally, in an unprecedented show of international unity, the Humans
  28. decided to launch an all-or-nothing strike against the alien home
  29. planet. Two options were available to them: Firstly, an all-out
  30. offensive by the combined earth attack fleet. This was judged as having
  31. a very good chance of success, but would cost a horrendous amount of
  32. money. The second option was to send a single lightly armed experimental
  33. prototype fighter in to attack. This would be practically a suicide
  34. mission with very little chance of success and would probably lead to
  35. the destruction of the entire Human species, but it would save a few
  36. bucks.
  37. Either joystick or keyboard controls may be used - The choice is made
  38. by the way you start the game from the title screen. If you press
  39. the Fire button to start, joystick control is used. If the space
  40. bar was pressed, then the keyboard is deemed the input device of
  41. choice.
